Hello, just to be sure: is it allowed to modify this theme? Theres a note in style.css saying cannot modify and distribute. So we can modify them but cannot distribute them, right? thanks.

@Rupert, Yes. You can modify as you like. But you should not redistribute them.
Make sure you replace the google ads (468×60.php) with your ad code.
